Born 38 years ago in the 12th district of Paris,
I obtained a diploma in scenography from the " ENS des
arts décoratifs " in the 5th district. After practising
different activities in the world of performance and in confusion,
I have fully embraced sculpture in the attempt to put my pieces
back together. I'm learning to work with metal, and in my
creation I am modestly inspired by light and the Cosmos.
Recently, I have delved deeply into myself
and brought back twigs and sticks that allow me to maintain
a dialogue between the human body and the vegetable world,
to create a link between roots and spectres.
I recognize their fluidity in the breath of
wind that animates or damages my sculptures over the years.
I also write on what my forms do not say.
Presentation of the project "Bois des ArtPenteurs"
:
First of all look at what's there… there
at the site. Air, certainly, moving freely. Where's it going?
Look above, below, and show us that. With branches hanging
in the balance, a weathervane made of a feather found there
and skeletons of dead wood that reawaken the ancestors. Their
presence is close and their force can bend the curve of brutality.
